Paul Stevens has a wealth of experience in sales and brand development, with over 14 years in sales management, over 20 years in executive search & selection and now 9 years in his own business consultancy.
In sales, Paul progressed from field sales to Sales Director. He worked for respected FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) organisations including Courage Take Home Trade, L’Oreal and Rowan International.
As a recruiter, he worked with some of the most esteemed HR teams and line managers in the country. He has helped over 1,300 people secure the role they wanted with over 60 different businesses including several major blue chips. This experience has enabled him to help both redundant executives and recent graduates in securing the right role for them.
Many candidates have become clients and vice versa, as they recognised the value one person can add to the challenging task of finding the right person or the ideal role, someone who understands the recruitment processes from both sides of the desk.

Away from work, Paul lives near Nottingham with his partner Jacqueline; he enjoys most sport but especially football and golf. Paul is a long suffering fan of one of those football clubs just clinging on to life in the big time. On a bright English summer’s day there is little that Paul enjoys more than sinking a long putt on the eighteenth green. For other relaxation he listens to a wide variety of music and will often be seen bopping away at a gig or two trying to recapture his youth and impress his two children.
